Purpose

COBRA'S primary purpose is to provide assistance to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and to provide community education to break the cycle of violence.

Services

Our service area includes Deschutes, Crook, Grant and Jefferson Counties.  COBRA'S services are designed to help survivors of abuse regain control of their lives, start the healing process, develop positive self-esteem, and break the cycle of violence so that future abuse can be prevented.
